Do I need desktop GIS installed?
The core GeoLayers Studio runs in a modern browser. Some source formats or specialized external workflows may still involve other software before import.
Can I try GeoLayers before subscribing?
Yes. The Starter plan is structured as a 14-day trial, subject to the current plan terms shown on the Pricing page.
What happens after a trial expires?
The current plan design keeps existing project data readable/exportable while write capabilities are restricted until a suitable plan is active.
Does GeoLayers support organizations?
Yes. Organization plans are intended for teams that need multiple seats, centralized administration, governed projects and tailored capacity.
Can GeoLayers work with satellite imagery?
Yes. Earth Observation & Raster Intelligence supports compatible local/remote raster sources, spectral indices, change detection and zonal statistics.
Does GeoLayers include AI?
GeoLayers includes governed GeoAI and GeoML capabilities. AI assistance is intended to support professional analysis rather than replace professional judgment.
Is there an API?
Yes. The Developer Platform includes REST, OGC API Features, OpenAPI contracts, SDK helpers and webhook integration patterns.
How is accessibility handled?
GeoLayers includes keyboard, focus, contrast, larger text, reduced motion and other shared accessibility patterns that continue to evolve.
