Layout Planner helps planners and developers create conceptual township and land development layouts in the browser.
Workflow
- Select a drawing tool from the left panel.
- Draw roads, parcels, zones, open spaces and buffers on the map.
- Select features and update properties in the right panel.
- Generate the land-use schedule.
- Save alternatives in Scenario A, B and C and compare their performance.
- Use the recommendation engine to rank scenarios against configurable planning priorities.
- Estimate water, sewer, electricity, solid-waste and preliminary infrastructure costs.
- Build a phased development programme and test conceptual funding gaps and cash flow.
- Map the actual spatial delivery sequence for Phase 1, Phase 2 and later phases.
- Run generator quality and validation checks.
- Export the layout as PNG, PDF, GeoJSON or CSV.
